This loser goes by Allen Currin, he is from North Carolina and has two beautiful kids there that he refuses to pay for. At this time he is $11,200.32 behind in child support. When he was in NC I found out where he worked and the next day he quit and moved to FL to elude paying. Now he works under the table jobs to avoid paying. He use to maintain contact by phone with the kids and would always promise to buy them things and never followed through. The phone calls have stopped now as he has had another kids with his new wife and seems to have forgotten all about my children. Jason Bogle is a DJ in Fort Lauderdale who was so happy when he found out he was having a child. Then decided to whore around and become abusive and on drugs. He was in arreages of $20,000. He could afford the attorney but I could not and because of that the judge Horowitz in Fort Lauderdale decided to abate his support and give this loser who has been arrested twice for pocession of drugs custody. I did not know about the hearing so I was not there because I was out of the country with my kids. His attorney made up lies to the judge of kidnapping. He signed the passport for us to leave. Then when we get here he has all the information where we were. His payment was due December 1st of $1,000 and of course I never recieved it because his attorney never filed the order. To make a long story short. This was a set up. He lets me leave to find work then has his attorney file kidnapping and his attorney has all arreages dismissed and child support abated. I then notified his attorney to get his daughter and now he just can’t because he has to leave the country for the summer. This is rediculous and I will be filing a motion to reopen this case for the judge to reverse what he did and expose the unethical things his attorney did. Any comments would be great. he never wanted her just a way to get out of paying and I can’t believe this judge could do this even after signing a restraining order on him and putting him in jail before. Ms. Geller is an attorney that just got lucky because I was not there with representation. Next time she won’t be if the judge follows the law and sees the truth. He served his 15mths, got out on 2-1-2011, I notified the DOR that he was set to be released on 2-1-2011 and even gave them the address he provided the prison with.
